Not a bad experience I'm grateful I didn't expect to receive my car so dirty considering when I was calling they was telling me it was in Cleaning tools were also left behind in the back seat there's now Rust on my driver side door which wasn't there when I sent it in but kinda makes me think was it just sitting considering I was getting several different days when the car would be ready just to call on that day and not be ready

Got my vehicle back and it looked worse than it did when I gave it to them. If it wasn’t for insurance paying I would have went somewhere else. They tried to blame their terrible service on something prior they can’t prove so they don’t look bad. I would never go here again
