Updates on a regular basis especially when the repair is delayed btmy 10 days would be great. Having to call in to the shop to check on it isn't what I wanted to do.

My vehicle was in for some repairs as a result of a minor collision. Bob Huff worked with the insurance and the local car rental company and made the entire process as easy and painless as it could possibly be. Bob Huff submitted additional damage that was identified beyond the original estimate to my insurance company with sufficient documentation to get everything repaired and paid by insurance. I honestly cannot imagine the process being any smoother or easier. And the repairs look great, too!
