I have not had the repair done yet. I brought my car in on July 6 and you had it that entire week and I was getting messages about the progress and then when I called to schedule the pickup, they had not even begun work on it. I picked it up on the afternoon of July 9 and they were supposed to call me on July 12 to bring it back. I received a message on July 27 that the parts were in and wanting to know if I could bring my car in on Aug 2. That same day, I received an email confirming that I had picked up my car that day (July 27). This is a horrible way to conduct business. I was inconvenienced for a week without a vehicle with them knowing they could not work on it and now I have to go another week without my vehicle.
