The lady checking us in was a 10. The man checking us out was a 9. I saw a piece of trim that was not completely connected that he missed in his inspection. He immediately got a body shop mechanic who took care of it.

My experience with Mr. George Collins started with a handshake on 3/11/25 when I dropped off my car and ended with a handshake on 3/14/25 when I picked up my car. Proud to have met this gentleman and will always be my only choice if I needed him again. I guess the fender bender I was involved with turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Sadness turned to total happiness when I saw my car turn to as brand new. Thankful to AAA who introduced me to Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC.
