Great service. Couldn't have been easier. Loved Cecil and the associate that assigns the loaner cars (sorry can't remember her name but she was great). She explained the car to me and was very friendly.

Excellent service and prompt care. Only suggestion I would have is that I was unsure as to whether the vehicle was going to be totalled or fixed... I wasn't made aware of this until I called 4 days after dropping the vehicle off in which they told me it would be ready the next day!!! By no means am I upset, I just would have liked to find out earlier in the process. Thanks you!
