1) Updates about my vehicle were way off. I was supposed to pick the truck up on 9/16/26 according to the texts. I even checked this website and it was supposed to be 9/16/26. I showed up to pick it up and they ask why I was there because it wasn’t done. 2) When I finally was able to pick it up. No body showed me the vehicle to make sure everything was done right before I left with it. 3) After I got it home, I found a dent where they supposedly got a dent out. So I don’t if they ever worked on the dent. 4) I was very happy with Shawn on how fast he wanted to the vehicle back to try to make everything right.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Bob Luegers body shop let alone my friends or family.

Tech didn’t repair the dent in the QP, on made it less noticeable, it is still there. The glass urethane was sticking out visibly and not done professionally. So had to take it back to correct. Didn’t pay attention to all the damage and had to show damage to the lower cover to address.

The shop personnel was friendly and apologetic, but the quality of work was horrendous. And I know they didn’t do the repair work, but there needs to be better quality control and accountability for those that do.
