They were great to work with. When I got the vehicle home, the lowering of the back hatch mechanism was not working. I am scheduled to go back and have them look at this very small inconvenience to see if they can get it working.

Danny and his team were amazing. They had a long queue but were sensitive to my deadlines and flexible to get it done. I was also out of the country for several weeks during the repair and they worked with my proxy and my insurance agent to make sure everything was handled and progress was made in my absence. The whole experience was easy and pleasant, not generally words used in the aftermath of a vehicle accident.
