My overall experience was amazing! Thank you so much! My loaner car was probably the best loaner car I’ve ever driven . My car looks amazing! I was surprised to see both doors had been repainted. Thank you!! Thank you!! I did notice a couple new scratches but I am satisfied to trade those for the scratches you repaired. My headlights need adjusted and there was a loud clunk in front end when I turned left that I’m concerned about. Back to my experience with Bob Luegers it was 5 Star!

Scheduled my repair 2 1/2 months in advance. Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and on the following Tuesday (7 days) later the repair have still has not been started. I think scheduling could have been done better to avoid such a long delay between drop off and the start of repairs

When I first contacted Bob Luegers’ body shop I was told they wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle in until mid-January. I told them my situation (we are expecting twins due mid-January) and they ended up working on and completing the project while waiting on parts for other vehicles. My vehicle was fully repaired by the last week of November. I am so thankful the guys took our situation into consideration and were able to get us our vehicle back before the twins arrive. I will gladly continue to use Luegers for any of our vehicle needs. A HUGE THANK YOU to the body shop!

I would like to thank Shawn, Blackerby and Isaac for their service and making sure that I got my windshield and the body dent and paint repaired on my new Encore GX. I was very upset about the damage to my new vehicle and I’m so grateful that it was repaired as good as new.
