I would like to thank Shawn, Blackerby and Isaac for their service and making sure that I got my windshield and the body dent and paint repaired on my new Encore GX. I was very upset about the damage to my new vehicle and I’m so grateful that it was repaired as good as new.

This isn't the first time taking a vehicle for repairs but this time was completely different from the past. Felt like the repairs were not done with care, quality, and concern for the vehicle as the business had done in the past.

Had to return to the shop as we were unhappy with the initial repairs. The passenger door was damaged when we got it back, there was a film on the vehicle we spent time trying to remove ourselves and the overall work was not what it had been in the past.

Overall, they are good helpful people and care for their clients. Definitely going back for other services if/when needed again.

It look pretty good in most of it, but there is a little area in the bumper that was not 100% attached or cut in the wrong way. That also happen with a family member car that was there for repair. They were very open to have it back and fix at no cost, but still need to be back. I would give more than 9/10 but not a 10/10 for that reason.

There were delays in the schedule to get it in and out (they were very busy), but the shop was very helpful throughout the process. Even provided a car free of charge for our use during the repair.
