Repairs that were done were fine. But failed to repair a whole side of the truck.

You failed to repair the entire left side of my truck where I had branch strikes from the hail storm even though they were marked and quoted and yet somehow you increased the estimate by $3,000. Communication through text updates was good, but obviously wasn’t accurate.
