I can’t give it a 10 due to 2 months and rental issues but the quality would be a 10 I do appreciate them getting me a rental since I was without a car after insurance ran out for 2 weeks.

Except when they said I had a rental ready to pick up since car wasn’t done when expected. I had to get a ride 35 minutes away. Got there and they couldn’t give me the car since they had no payment, wrong last name and wrong address and it was Friday after you closed so I had to go all weekend without a car and get a ride back Monday. That had me in tears.

I made an appointment over a month ahead of time to have my car repaired. I dropped it off on a Monday and was contacted the following Monday to send it to Siloam Springs. If the centerton shop decided to send my vehicle to Siloam Springs that should have been done within 24 hours. The decision to move shops should have been made by noon on Tuesdsy and moved that day. I was completely disappointed and whoever made the decision to wait a whole week in my view yhey failed. As for the ladies running the desk they were both great. Professional courteous and friendly. The work seems to be done well. I'm happy with the repair.

The repair job was done great. But, I have requested to keep all the replaced parts. The lady told me to bring a truck. I did. Then she told me the technician already dumped it.
