Text service advisements are nice but there was a 9-10 day gap between nearing completion and ready for pickup with no communication, repair was very nicely completed Paint matching awesome, outside complete wash and clean very much appreciated. Great job overall. Thank you

The experience from start to finish was one hundred percent top notch. Tyler worked with me, and my insurance company got the parts and turned it around in two days. My buick, lacrosse, looks like it used to and i'm very happy. The car was returned to me clean inside and out.I can't say anything more than how pleased I am.

As of now, all things appear to be as before the accident. One thing could be mentioned is when hitting a bump appears to be a little "rough", thought maybe a shock problem?? I don't know. Just a thought

I was real happy with the work you did on the car. I thought the communications could’ve been better. No one from your dealership called me. I was the one that initiated the phone calls. I will say Scott Wright is absolutely the best. When I would leave him a message, he returned my call. He came in on a day that he wasn’t working to deliver the car to my wife.
