The initial appt was postponed for a month and a half, due to Covid and staffing issues. I understand it's not the shop's fault. Unfortunately, a loaner vehicle was not available for my 2 week repair.

Would never recommend at all! I have been a customer at Poynter family of dealerships for 15 years now! Will never use collision shop ever again and more than likely won’t use dealerships unless JB Hackman calls me back!

Quality of repair was very good! Communication was below a zero! Was never contacted once for a 3 day job that took 3 weeks! Never received a phone call from anyone we had to make all the calls!

The side mirrors don't match. The faulty sensor was missed and the older tires were on the right and the newer tires were on the left which caused the steering wheel to shake when you got to speed on the highway
