We received the car back and the paint color didn’t match the rest of the car. You offered to repaint it to match it correctly. Overall we were without our vehicle for 2 weeks. The first week for the damage repair. The second due to your mistake. A rental was not offered for our trouble. And the car smelled strong of paint for at least a week. We left it set with the doors open to air it out. That didn’t happen the first time you painted. And there was paint residue all over the inside of the vehicle. We had to wipe it down a couple times to get it off the dash and it’s still in the air vents. I was not expecting to receive it back in that condition.
