Pointer employees I spoke with made this an enjoyable experience even tho I was here because of a rear end collision. Car repair looks great. They even did an excellent job washing the car. Great job. I only have kind words about you to those who need collision repair. I am however watching a repair area where the condensation water cones out about 15 inches farther back than it did before the collision. Thanks for a job well done. The two employees I interacted with was the first person inside the building on the left. The other person was the estimator.

Vehicle cosmetic damage was ultimately fixed, albeit 3 1/2 weeks after the vehicle was dropped off. I was pretty much told that if I called to inquire about the status of the vehicle, that our vehicle would be pushed to the back of the queue. Lastly, an alignment was supposedly done but the vehicle has been shakey ever since.
