At this point, I would not make it a point to recommend Bob Tyler Collison Center. The department has offered to have me bring the vehicle back to possibly address the items that I found wrong after receiving the vehicle. I shouldn't have to. There should have been a quality assurance process that would have checked everything prior to delivery that would have caught the things that were wrong. Depending on how the center handles correcting the discrepancies will determine how I leave a Google review and how I recommend this service to others.

For the most part, the repair looks good. There are a few panels that need better alignment and one or two areas missed where paint is chipped. Overall, I'm not really satisfied with the work as I was expecting everything to turn out looking perfect with it being a new vehicle and having the dealership do the work.

Communication with the dealership as a whole needs vast improvement. This is one of my highest expectations from the dealership. Folks were friendly when we interacted with them at the collision center, I just didn't receive updates as expected.

The only thing is some how the cruise control switch got pulled out but was able to snap back in place so for it has stayed in place

it took nearly 2 months and put together very sloppily. and I cant open the tailgate anymore, the sensors are already falling off! I will be warning everyone about Bob Tyler!

The service department was very nice, and provided me with regular updates. My only complaint was the drivers armrest was damaged in the cleaning process. I’m waiting for them to find someone to replace it.

Car looks great. THANK YOU. I was told that somebody would call me to give me a price to do the bumpers and the door handles and nobody ever did so now. I have a car that has beautiful new paint and door handles and a bumper that look like crap. I understand that you guys are busy but it shows the lack of care to have a great customer service experience
