My dissatisfaction is with BMW.

The only reason I took a point away is because the new bumper cover has dummy parts on each side that detract from the sophistication of the original bumper, and I wasn't prepared for that ahead of time. My understanding is that that's a BMW decision; not the body shop's. I think it's dumb and looks dumb.
