I had to call to get updates on my repair. My estimated date passed twice, no communication from the office. Even better, the last call I got was at 4:35 pm on Friday. Almost like the office was trying to upset a customer because getting there 20 mi uses before close across town in Lafayette traffic is unrealistic.

This is the second vehicle I have brought to Bobby’s to get repaired. Both have been repaired and looked like they were better than factory repaired. The inside was cleaned and they buffed the whole car. Excellent work.
