Anytime a question popped up- they were extremely helpful and put our minds at ease throughout the repair. I was extremely impressed with Mike's customer service. He kept me apprised of the work along the way, and answered any questions that I had. I was really surprised that they got the paint to match PERFECTLY on a 10 year old car. They fixed everything perfectly, and you can't tell the car was damaged. Bob's came to me very highly recommended, and now I know why. Your employees take extreme pride in their work, which is not as common as it should be these days. Mike fixed my car back to factory settings. You can always trust him to use OEM parts, even without you mentioning it. I like the fact that I was kept updated on the repair regularly, and I would definitely recommend.
