Even though it took quite awhile to get my vehicle repaired, Bob's paid for my rental that was not covered by Nationwide. They were very friendly, communicative and constantly kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. I would certainly refer them to friends and family.

Everything looks great for the repairs. But my infotainment system doesn't respond to any of my commands. I can't press anything and get it to respond. It wasn't doing that before I brought it in. I was able to go to different options and menus using the system

I had taken my car to two other shops in town and no one has been able to repair my engine cover it just kept falling back off. So we took it to Bob’s and they were able to repair it and it’s stayed on!
