Other than communication everyone was great and the car looks great. It was smooth dropping off and the people helping us at pickup were very nice and helpful.

Issue with steering wheel peeling when picked up. It was resolved but it took another 30 mins and they didn’t tell me what was going on while I was waiting for them to look at it. Thankfully they fixed it and explained what was wrong and why it peeled, however, it is why I gave 9 instead of 10.

I found this survey on my husband’s email. The confirmation request was also sent to this email. I told the person I talked to the correct email address but it is still not the main email on the account. Our appointment was also delayed because of this after waiting from March-July to get the repairs. I was not given updates until I called over a week after my car was there. The first time I called, they said everyone was already gone and said I had to call back the next day or later in the week. I had no idea how long it was going to take and feel like the commutation was subpar.
