Only dissatisfied that the passenger side temperature control was damaged when inside of vehicle was detailed. Called Bochecks to Let them know the following morning and have not been called back yet.. that was 4 days ago

I am satisfied with body work done to my vehicle but I have made 2 phone calls and have filled out 2-3 surveys. Upon detailing of my vehicle the passenger heat button blinks on and off and raising the temperature is not working. This was not an issue I ever had with my car prior.. I have called bochecks and to date have not gotten a call back from Scott.

Very well done. Inside of the car was beautiful and had been cleaned. It took awhile but we didn’t mind because our insurance covered our rental. We didn’t hear anything for awhile but when it was done they called.
