I would put a 15on the scale if I could. I have had vehicles repaired by Bochek’s in the past. Bochek’s always goes over and above when they do the repair work. Always excellent results. I already recommend Bochek’s to everyone I know.

My car was in the shop longer than expected. I had to call a couple times just to receive an update regarding my cars maintenance. I was told it was in the detailing department for 2 days. For the cleaning and detailing process to take that long, there is streaks everywhere inside my car. Looks like they sprayed cleaner and forgot to wipe it off.

The person I had to deal with was always very nice and explain to me. But the communication was lacking. Hard to get ahold of him to be in the know about what was going on with my car.

Told repair would take 8-9 days. I called on day 8 for progress report. Was told additional repairs needed. I will get a call in two days with update. I had to call 4 days after initial call. I feel I should have been updated when other damage was discovered.
