I was berated by the staff several times over the time of my car being worked on. at the end of my service, I was told that my vehicle would be done by the end of the working day, or potentially the very beginning of the next. I arrive the next morning to ensure it would be completed, only to find that it had not even begin to be cleaned. I had made arrangements based upon this company's completion date but I was not able to receive my vehicle until almost the end of the following work day. The only true asset in this company it seems is the cashier who went out of her way to ensure I could get my vehicle at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

They did a good job with the car. It looks great. However, they do not seem to go above and for their customers. The front desk that aswers phones also needs to work on their customer service skills. They were not rude but seems completely distracted and were not professional.

When I would call the people answering the phone sounded rushed, disinterested, or focused on something else. It was a little hard to communicate. They were not rude but they did not answer the phone like a business or that they seemed genuinely interested in helping custumers.
