it was a very smooth process with Body by Cochran working with my insurance company ( Erie) and rental car agency( enterprise). The staff were always very nice when I spoke with them and my car looks great and is running well. I just don’t understand why it was red flagged for a possible total since I was driving it for weeks without an issue and am not sure if there are some things in the future I should be aware of

Overall, the work is done very nicely. However, there is a small chip out of the paint right where the headlight was replaced. Minor detail but is the difference between acceptable and completely satisfied. Especially on a brand new vehicle.
