Initially, there was a lack of communication, which I later discovered was due to extenuating circumstances. The overall quality of work was good, however, I believe that while repairing the front driver's side bumper on my vehicle, the mid-section of the bumper was slightly chipped.

My passenger back door won’t open now; my canvas cargo mat is missing; a folding blanket is missing; there are air holes where the paint was finished; I was told some sort of guard came in and I have to go back for that. I’m not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place. I simple dent took more than a full week to repair which caused me to also switch vehicles for rental because of what was needed. Very frustrating experience. I will never come back to this shop.
