My Subaru came back looking great and was even cleaned and buffed. TJ kept me posted almost daily and seemed to take a genuine interest in seeing that my 15 year old Subaru was repaired correctly and cared for. All good here.

Quality of work was good. Time to repair seemed excessive. Updates had to be done verbally which places inordinate amount of responsibility on your coordinators. Technology solutions should be used for updates, with only need to call if questions.

I recently had my car repair done and everything was great! The staff was super helpful and I received daily updates on my car. My car had an estimated completion date and I needed my car before that date and I called and spoke with TJ and he made it happen for me I got my car 2 days earlier! Now that’s great service. Thank you TJ

I don't think the mirror was fixed correctly. It does not match the other side. Not sure if that's because it was not fully fixed because of the insurance or not.
