This is the second time in the past month that o have (unfortunately) had to deal with being rear ended, however #1 Cochran made sure it was as pain free as possible and now my car looks good as new! When my car was finished my car seat base was missing I asked the representative if you could look and then call me back the answer I got was if we don't find it we won't call you poor customer care

Every one from my first call the AAA insurance to everyone at #1 Cochran was more than helpful and accommodating. Customer Service was kind and understanding and Erick and the other tech (sorry, I forgot his name)was thorough, efficent, and professional. The service for the rental car was an unexpected plus...a great convenience. I thank you all and I would highly recommend AAA and your service to anyone.
