The quality of the repair was excellent. I also appreciated that the floor mats were cleaned. I did not like the fact that car was returned with a different radio station set, the automatic headlight control switch was turned off, and the engine economy setting was turned off.

You ripped-off the insurance company for a new hood emblem and headlamp. This is why insurance is so expensive. While I did not "pay" for it, we all did. I realize this is the way collision centers increase profits, but highly unethical
