Replaced front bumper that was damaged and fell off again. The bumper came in with an indentation on the left side. They said I did it causing the bumper to fall off on the right side of the bumper. My right tire was damaged (not by them). I could have hit a curb maybe at the post office?? I don't know. They said that this could cause the right bumper to come off and I would need to file a new claim. If they did the job right the first time this would not have happened. They will not honor their warranty. The manager, Frank Calabro, was terribly rude to me and said he would try to push the bumper back in place. I have documentation to back this up. The following day he said I would have to file a new claim. He hung up the phone on me and would not respond to my email or return phone calls. Very unprofessional! I am in the process of filing a claim with the Fair Credit Bureau in Washington DC as well as a letter with pictures to Aaron Buhl, the head of my local Allstate located on Route 8 in Gibsonia, PA 15044. The bumper had small hairline scratches that I'm sure were not from me. They were on the "new bumper they installed".

The team was so helpful in getting an issue that came to light after the car was initially repaired and returned. They worked with insurance, accommodated my travel schedule, and took care of the issue quickly. I really appreciate it.
