Was very excited during estimating and check in, apparently there was some miss communication along the way!? Thought we’d have our car looking like new when done. A few items did not get handled as expected and may need to return to have a couple things corrected. Might help to advise your customers mark blemishes during check in to eliminate concerns with finished product.

Really enjoyed working with Arthur and everyone there as they are all very professional and helpful. Very buttoned-down business, thorough and detail-oriented.
