I was told that If I brought my auto in on a Monday, that it would be ready by Thursday. When I did not hear from them, I called Friday & was told me that a part did not come in so it would be Monday. So I paid for a car rental for the weekend & took the rental back & waited Monday till the end of the day but received no call. So I called them at 5 & was told that my auto still wasn’t ready. I would of thought that they would of shown me the courtesy of calling & telling me this but that did not happen. Finally, on Tuesday I called again & was told that my car would be ready for pickup at noon. When I arrived, no one could look me in the eyes as I was told that when they did the final check that the color was off & was going to have to be repainted. At least they gave me a free rental car while I waited another 3 days for my auto. When I finally received my auto, it did look like new. Bottom line is, if you have an extra car & are in no hurry to get your auto back (plus don’t mind getting no updates on how repair is going), your shop is good because the work was nice. If you have only one auto, go somewhere else.
