I was not impressed. My vehicle is fixed but you get a zero on customer service. Receptionist is not a people person. My agent there spoke to me one time when I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up no one walked me out to look it over. Again, not impressed.

As always, my visit with the Bommarito Collision Center was a great one. The staff was very courteous and professional. The work as always was performed in a timely manner, I was provided with status reports as to the progress of the necessary repairs. Another job well done and I do appreciate the professionalism and appreciation on the staff at Bommarito Collision Center.

Overall good, I always received answers when I called with a question. The only thing that would make it better would be proactive communication about where we were in the repair process. (at least at the beginning and closer to the end)

Overall, I was satisfied with the repair, but there were some items that came up missing from my vehicle and because the repair was delayed twice, I ended up spending more money than should have been necessary for a car rental. Although I was compensated for the missing items, I still lost money on the extension of my car rental so for that reason, I am grading this question at a 7.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed on my car door. It was successfully restored back to where it was prior to the accident and there is no visible evidence of previous damage.

The Bommarrito Collision Team were Outstanding! Completing my repairs cames with some hiccups. The first release vehicle back to the customer, adjustments still needed to be made. Dominique and entire staff were professional, courteous, understanding, accommodating, very thorough, informative, listenership and patience. My rental time was expired with AAA Insurance, I was still in need of vehicle repair, Dominique extended a Loan A Car to me at no charge. They were capable of swapping out vehicle without using a tow while I was at work. Awesome! They strive for Excellence. The final release vehicle back to customer was was perfect in restoration. I am Totally Satisfied. FM
