The storm was not a controllable event and they did right by me when they left my vehicle in their garage until the completion scheduled for 3/17. I feel their actions probably kept my vehicle from sustaining more severe damage.

My vehicle was in the collision center for rear end damage and while in the shop (garage) the area was hit by severe storms and tornado. As a result my vehicle was damaged. When the vehicle was repaired and I had it home, I found additional damage that was missed during the repair. I have since taken it back to the collision center at which time it was agreed the damage I found was from the storm and the part I need would be ordered. Since that time I found some additional “issues” and went back to the collision center today and discussed the issues as well as the plan to fix everything.

Everyone has been very courteous as always. There was also an issue with this last repair pertaining to my insurance deductible. I paid by check for the original repair and two days later I noticed a debit of the same amount from my bank account. Long story short, after some research it was discovered that something accidentally happened and I’ll be refunded the second amount that was withdrawn. Everyone apologized for the accounting issue and the body shop employee apologized profusely over the missed repairs.

I dropped my car for liftgate dent repair to Bommarito Collision center, Hazelwood. I think I am pretty happy with how the process went. The repair went into few extra days but that was expected as you don’t know what you gonna find unless you don’t start working on them. Little bit more communication to let me know the status could have been better, but they were communicating with insurance and insurance was communicating with me unless I don’t call directly to check the status. Overall work quality is great and I am satisfied.

Unfortunately, my care ended up being totaled but during the process Bommarito Collision was great. Every time I had to call and talk to somebody me one everyone was awesome. Charles was very good at explaining the process & all the girls up front were very sweet! Thanks so much guys!
