Charles Montgomery was wonderful to work with. The handling of my car was transferred to an associate and the communication started off great and it was like I was forgotten about. I got notice about the completion of my car late in the day without a final total. Was told I got a call from the cashier. Didn't get the call and had to call to get a total since you don't take checks. Again the experience started great but ended in frustration.
