We waited over 1 month for the service appointment. The job was supposed to be completed in 1 week, they had my vehicle for 1 month and still didn't complete the job. After another 4 months they are saying that they now have the parts that they could have had within weeks. Parts are on back order but they do not take any initiative to get parts before your appointment time. No care or concern for the customers time or money wasted on rental vehicle.

I’d say this- “They do great work and they’re really informative, they seem to have your best interest at heart and won’t scam you. They just take forever. I’d also recommend writing down the name of your mechanic so you can talk to them directly instead of the receptionist.”

This team has done body work on my car twice now from accidents, and both times they are stellar and go above and beyond to communicate and assist. They take care of the rental assistance, give updates on the repair timeline, and are so nice too. Everyone in the shop is very kind and helpful. Big thank you to Paul, for all the communication and taking care of our car! The lady at the desk, (sorry I don’t recall her name), is also super helpful and has had many calls with me about details of what is happening. They even washed my car and vacuumed it out for me, and honestly almost didn’t find my car in the store parking lot today because I was looking for a car that had dirt on it! Thank you all for your help! Ever since my first repair job, I have only used your company for my servicing too. I am a Bonander fan for life!
