Bonnell’s made the whole experience seamless, from the drop off of our car, to the arrangements with Enterprise Rental to pick us up to get our rental; as well as the return of the rental when I went to pick up our car. Everyone was helpful, particularly Adam. I had forgotten my garage door opener in the rental & immediately called Bonnell’s. Kayley (sp?) answered & made sure that someone retrieved it before the rental was returned. Adam handed the opener to me when I returned. I give Bonnell’s 10 stars or the max!

Took a day and a half extra to get my car back and the hatch was worse than before i took it in. Took it to Danser's and they made it right. I won't come back.

The outside drivers side of car was filthy from repairs when picked up. When I said something they did wash & clean it up. Otherwise it looks to be a nice job.
