The outside drivers side of car was filthy from repairs when picked up. When I said something they did wash & clean it up. Otherwise it looks to be a nice job.

I have ALWAYS BEEN A PROUD customer of Bonnells Collision, until TODAY. A part of my cloth interior molding, against the window was hanging loosely and when I went back in to tell someone about it, Mike Bardo came out and tried to pound it back in with his fist. When he did that it wouldn't go back in. He promised to order a clip and call me when it comes in. It looks like a spec of blood was left on it, now. Plus! There are black oily looking fingerprints all over my interior visors and oil and dirt marks all over the back seat! I have pictures! I can safely say that I will NEVER recommend, ir return to Bonnells Collision again, AFTER this is rectified. I am pretty peeved about this experience and saddened to have to submit this poor survey. I really DID like you guys!
