Expected my truck to look very clean on the outside but it wasn't had a little scuff mark on the hood and needed to be rubbed out or polished and needed rewashed your manager came out and looked at it and had the truck polished on hood and we washed and apologize and made things right then I was satisfied and places need more manager's like her

Sure, it seems like most of the hail damage has been repaired, but now my car is absolutely COVERED in scratches. My boss went through the same thing when he got his vehicle back from your company the week before I did. Glad my $5,600 went towards quality work.
