Everything went smoothly from having a rental car lined up and able to drop it off after picking my car up at the same location. The repair people were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and were able to help me through any questions I had.

My vehicle repair took shorter than expected, I got my vehicle back quick, and the service with everyone I spoke to was amazing! Nicholas did a great job explaining what exactly was going to be done on my car. They also called to let me know that my vehicle was inside during the hailstorm!

I brought my truck in for hail damage. I found scratches on the hood of my truck and two paint chips that were not there when I drop my truck off. I showed the damage to the gentleman at the counter and he called the general manager Jeanne to come inspect. They were telling me that both of those paint chips were from rocks. They documented other scratches and paint chips on my vehicle, but not the two that were right on top of my hood. They buffed the scratches out of the hood, but felt that the paint chips were not their problem. I was told that I should turn it into my insurance company, but why should they be responsible to pay for something that was done while under the care of Bonnel’s. I think this is bullshit and totally unacceptable. 0/10 star and would not recommend Bonnel’s to anyone. I called my insurance agent to update the claim and if this isn’t rectified I plan on giving a 1 star review on google and Facebook.

My only complaint is how long they had my car. And that I was not informed to be so many days.

I am pleased with the work you did. But I had a simple repair of a cart that hit my side door, too small marks and it took 7 days to complete the job. I guess I should have asked more questions of how many days it would take for that repair. So I had to pay out a pocket for the extra days for my car rental.
