Easy process from start to finish! Everyone friendly and professional. The only downside was that I was told two days so I arranged transportation and it wasn’t even started till the second day which pushed it to three days. Thankfully my husband is retired and didn’t need the truck that day. Otherwise, fantastic and easy process!

My car was scratched and dented in places that weren’t when I dropped it off. My mirror isn’t connected properly there is a gap when the correct side doesn’t have a gap. I can tell where it was painted and the dent was pulled out.

Smooth sailing the whole way! Work completed on time. Never dealt with insurance and receptionist lisa is awesome. BEST PART...they detailed outside AND inside-super SUPER bonus!! Car rental gave me a HUGE car (no running boards/big jump to get into). They switched it but 1st tried to say they book out- had scheduled 2 weeks ago. They switched it later in the day, very nice but still.

I had to sign a paper when picking up my car. It said are you satisfied after walking around your car inspecting the work. I had to ask where my car was. No one reviewed it with me
