Door handle feels cheap; it sticks and does not have the same quality feel that my Mercedes had before the repair. In addition, when I agreed with MB White Plains to use them for the repair, it was understood that a small amount of paint repair to the rear left bumper would be made. Nothing was done here.

I complained when I picked up the vehicle on Saturday that the paint repair was not made as agreed. I was told someone would reach out. Here it is Thursday, and I just called the dealer to follow-up, and advise the door handle has been sticking and feels like poor quality.
