They were wonderful. I wasn’t from San Francisco and they just took the car in. Let me keep it there until I was ready to go and took a fast job because I had to leave on Wednesday.

Bumper looks amazing. I feel like I have a brand new car! I wish the front bumper was changed too! But only the back was covered by the person’s insurance who hit me.

I had taken my car to get an estimate before a AAA rep contacted me. After the rep contacted me, I decided to go with one of their auto repair shops because they guarantee a lifetime warranty. In addition, one of their auto repair shops was very convenient for me. They were about $200 more than the first repair shop I went to. The customer service was great. Only complaint I would have is that I thought the lady had told me it may take 2 days, which was fine for me. The first repair shop told me the same thing as they had to wait for the paint to dry. I left my car there on a Wednesday. I called to follow up on Friday & left a voicemail. I called to follow up the following Monday or Tuesday & left a voicemail and nothing. I think it was on the third time I actually got a hold of someone. The guy explained to me that they finally were able to get the part and that I would be able to pick it up my car that day. Aside the delay in calling me back, they were nice and did an amazing job. They even washed my car including inside the door part. I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle! I forgot that I wanted to get an estimate on a few other things but I forgot as I was in a rush. They were a little more expensive but it could be because they offer the lifetime warranty. Great experience with them.

I came in to repair my left mirror which had been hit while parked on the street. The guys at Botta’s were very friendly and helped me save money by ordering “used” replacement parts, but this replacement mirror ended up being differently shaped and styled than my original mirrors, making my mirrors asymmetrical. They installed the replacement mirror without informing me of the difference, and I would have appreciated if they had consulted with me beforehand.
