It took very long, they did not assess it and fix the alignment and carraige damage. They only put a cover over it. My car rattles, pulls hard right, the tire is rubbing somethings during turns and something drags on hill transitions. Very Unhappy.

i think my situation was probably unusual. i would tell family and friends my experience (good dinner conversation) but also i think they do good work and most auto body repair is more common/mundane. Friendly and cheerful to the end.

Work was fine, but five times they blew through deadlines they set. The last time I went to pick it up it still wasn’t really finished but I’d lost patience by then. The manager talked bad about his guys, told questionable stories about a female customer…,not very professional.
