Work done seems to be fine, however retrieving my vehicle was not a great customer service experience. I was given back my stolen vehicle with the advice “you should really head straight to a gas station, you’re tank is empty, below empty.” This sent me into an urgent state, thinking about how I needed to hurry to a gas station. But then I quickly remembered my car had been full of things when it was stolen, where were they? I quickly opened all the doors to see if my stuff was there, and when I finally found what I thought was all my stuff, I hurried back into the car to get gas. On the way I noticed the tire pressure warning was on indicating low tire pressure. Then I realized I had a rental car I was supposed to drop off, but was made to be so concerned about the gas, I’d forgotten about the rental. Mind you, I was not asked by any staff if I had a rental to drop off. So after getting gas, I drove back to drop off the rental keys. If only your company could’ve filled up the tank just a tiny bit, and checked the air pressure in my tires, it really would’ve given me piece of mind picking up my vehicle. Also after a week of not hearing anything after my car was towed to your location, I finally called for an update on my vehicle rather than receiving an update from the shop. I feel that a week is quite a bit of time not to hear any communication, and I should’ve received a status update.

Body work due to accident, Phil and Dillan took care of everything. Long wait to bring my car in but once I did, it was ready sooner than expected and was literally...better than when I dropped it off, INSIDE and out. Stellar work.

The interaction w the people and follow up is great. They really are on top of their Autobody shop. Work great too by concerned techs. Small fluid drip noted after work, which may just be residual from broken parts. Informed Phil, track, and if lingers they will handle.

Repair ended up not being done as car was total loss. Boucher had our car for about one month, could have done better job communicating with us about the status. We had to call and check several times instead of them giving us regular updates. Also was frustrating that the problem that finally pushed cost of repair over what insurance was willing to pay was not discovered sooner. As I said, our car was at facility for a month and we ended up having it totaled anyway. Would have been nice to figure that out sooner.
