Very professional and friendly staff, eager to please the customer. Gave me a date, how many hours the job would require, they did all the paperwork and sent to my insurance company, no issues whatsoever. And they called me days ahead of scheduled pick up day, which was so appreciated! The job looked perfect, and they cleaned my car before I picked it up. I would highly recommend Bowen Auto Body Shop!
