Repair team was amazing. Took time on multiple occasions to try and work with a very difficult and negative insurance to get things sorted out. Spent time to go over the issues with the car and explain, showing me in person, what issues were so I could understand.

They were great, except for not fully repairing the car as requested. I stated on the phone and my daughter reiterated we needed a side mirror repair which was not completed when we were told car was ready. I am sure it was because the insurance company they were working with is impossible (Progressive) and they did end up fixing the car, so I am giving them an 8.

Excellent customer service from Susan. Car was finished when they thought it would be, and they even honored the estimate even though a part increased in cost. Very professional!
