Someone hit my car in a parking garage, luckily Steven with Bowen’s was able to have an adjuster meet me at my job to help along the process as i work two jobs and was unable to make it out to their shop within business hours. Once i dropped my car off, they helped me obtain a rental car and had the rental car company pick me up to take me to the rental. They finished the work in 3 business days, and it looked so dang amazing once it was finished. Susan was so kind and helpful throughout the process and with all of my rental car questions. I was charged an overage from the rental car company and Steven and Susan got it all worked out for me and was able to get the money refunded back to me. they went above and beyond with the service provided not only to my car but to me as a customer. 10/10 will be referring this company to anyone i know that needs work done. Thank you all again for everything you did!!!
