Great customer service. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. The staff is amazing. The front desk and the management is exceptional. I was unable to pick up my car do to being out of town for a week. They kept it and did not charge me extra. They even fixed the little scratch on the front that was not on the claim and did not charge for that. This is exceptional service. Exceptionally satisfied with there service and the works looks great.

This is an amazing company and team, communication was very fluent from the time of estimate, drop off, and pick up for this specific location. They have a great contact and connection with the enterprise right down the road so being picked up and transported for convenience purposes was not an issue. I believe the representative that helped me was Mr. Aaron, and he was very fluent with communicating the entire process from start to finish with me, he even kept me updated on the progress of the complete and total repairs as a whole even if it was in regards to parts being ordered or the paint job portion, etc. I highly recommend this company and location for your future or current repairs to your vehicle. In addition it seemed as if they did a complementary detail on my car but that’s just a common service that they provide to customers. when I got the car back. It looked practically brand new both inside and out and I’m greatly appreciative.

I have never left a review or filled out surveys but with the incredible service I received from beginning till the end while my truck was at Bowens I could not be more satisfied. Steven and Susan were on top of things from the moment my car got to their shop. We talked almost every day about updates and timelines and they were spot on with everything. The finished product was Immaculate. They were responsive, honest, detailed with their communication and up front about every aspect during the process. I would rate you a double 10. The service was in a timely manner. I loved dealing with the staff that I met, in person and over the phone. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs by giving me a reasonable date and were even able to finish my car before the promised date. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
