My car was repaired beautifully and in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate, given how booked up auto collision shops are in the region right now. Susan and Stephen were very helpful and friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. They also said if something wasn’t right, to let them know so they can make it right. Bowen’s stands behind their work, and I definitely recommend them!

Only one suggestion….your phone does not accept messages. If you don’t want messages perhaps program to say that rather than the stock message “this phone is not setup for messages” Otherwise this was a very good experience and your team is outstanding
